Hopped on IG Live to chat about how to distance ourselves a little bit from our feelings that can be so overwhelming! I’m a person who feels very deeply which can be a blessing and a curse.

Learning to give myself some space and remember that all of my feelings come from a thought helps me calm down a little bit and not take the feelings SO seriously all the time.

Now I also believe that it’s important once we have an emotion not to fight and resist it but to recognize it and allow it to be and to pass. Then of course we can always try on new thoughts that will help generate new emotions too. 🙌🏻 There’s SO much to say on this topic but most of all, just remember that you’re not alone and not to let your feelings boss you around.
