• Imperfection is what makes hand lettered cards so special. You are not a computer!! Don't expect yourself to make perfect, flawless cards from the start. I like to freehand and let my lines be a little wobbly - of course you can use a ruler but I believe that imperfections are part of the beauty of something being handmade.
