In this book, we'll start by covering the terminology and tools of brush lettering, and then jump into exercises to improve your control of the brush pen with up and down strokes and other brush pen drills.
After practicing your strokes, we will cover how to create each letter, and then teach you how to connect them! Then you can practice your new skills by tracing positive affirmations for mindfulness.
Using the book is easy, too. You can choose between top or side spiral options (top spiral is great for lefties!) and both options will lay perfectly flat for easy lettering.
The book has a sturdy matte UV cover and nice, smooth, heavy pages that won't bleed through (hooray!)

Top Spiral is a great option if you are left handed, because there's no spiral to get in the way of your hand while you letter!
Both options are perfect for lettering practice because every page will lay perfectly flat! No worrying about holding down the pages.

I searched and searched for the perfect tracing paper for lettering and finally decided to create my own! Put it side-by-side with any other brand, this stuff lays flatter and is easier to trace on.
I recommend covering each page with tracing paper so you can repeat the practice activities again and again.
