As someone who has struggled with mental health and anxiety, I know it can be riveting to try to figure out how to navigate the thoughts you’re facing when a panic attack comes out of nowhere.

In this episode, I talk about embracing all aspects of our humanity, the good, the bad, the beautiful, the challenging - each part of it. I specifically touch on how I’ve learned to add new tools to my anxiety toolbox to help me overcome feels of anxiousness as they come about. 

You’ll hear my tips as I walk you through what I’ve learned about overcoming anxious thoughts and feelings and how you can incorporate these strategies in your own life.
