Content Creation Manager

We are so excited to be adding to our small team! We are looking for an amazing Content Creation Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day hands-on execution of various content creation projects including but not limited to: content strategy, blogging, newsletters, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and more.


This role requires around 20 hours a week part time, starting with an initial 90 day trial.


The ideal candidate:

  • Is incredibly self-driven, motivated and VERY organized - the most important part of this job is that you are a self-starter and extremely detail-oriented!
  • Is able to repurpose content without much direction.
  • Is committed to an incredible end-product. Executing projects to completion without lots of oversight is key.
  • Is efficient and able to finish projects in a timely manner.
  • Has excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done.
  • Has basic design skills and a good eye.
  • Loves Creativity and is able to break down complex concepts into doable steps.
  • Loves learning and keeping up to date with changes to social media.
  • Is passionate about helping others grow their creativity and take care of their mental health
  • Is easy to get in touch and responds quickly to correspondence.
  • Is an amazing writer with a friendly and encouraging voice.
  • Is very familiar with Blogging, Pinterest, Instagram & Facebook.
  • Is willing to occasionally do work that “isn’t part of the job description.”
  • Has 2-4 years of writing and social media and/or content creation experience.


Bonus Skills: Experience with Lettering and/or Life Coaching. Experience with ConvertKit, Shopify, Asana, Illustrator, Canva (or other design software).

  • Someone who isn’t self-motivated
  • Someone who needs guidance every step of the way
  • Someone who doesn’t like going the extra mile.

Required Tasks and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

  • Create new content and take content already created and repurpose for multiple platforms - newsletters, blogs, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest, etc.
  • Help develop editorial calendars for content creation.
  • Stay up to date with updates and changes to social media and present best ideas for best practices.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to posting on the various platforms.
