How lettering became my therapy.

When I first started lettering in 2014, I didn't realize what I'd discovered.

I was really struggling with my anxiety and depression.

I started to look forward to these creative lettering moments because they helped to give me an outlet, an escape.

But the more I practice, the more I realized...

This little lettering thing didn't just feel good for my brain. It felt good for my soul, too.
